Terms and Conditions
Reservations
A booking will be confirmed when the reservation fee is received as cleared funds.
Bookings made more than 6 weeks before arrival date will be confirmed reserved when
40% of the rental charge is received.
Balances not received 6 weeks before the reserved date will be rendered cancelled and the
cancellation clause will apply.
A refundable loss/damages deposit of £150.00 per property is required with final payment.
Bookings made within 6 weeks of intended arrival will be confirmed upon receipt
of cleared funds for the full rental charge and the refundable deposit.
Currency & Payment Method
Currency is GBP. Payment will be accepted by all major cards and Paypal
accounts online using Paypal Services.
Cancellation
Confirmed reservation fees are non-refundable.
Any cancellation will be subject to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ herein.
In the event that a ‘Change of Date’ is requested, it will be understood between
all parties that it will be treated as a ‘New Reservation’ unless otherwise stated/agreed
by the owners in writing.
If for any reason we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked,
we reserve the right to accommodate you in a property of similar statue.
It is recommended that ‘Trip Cancellation’ is included in any travel insurance policy to
avoid disappointment.
Arrival
On the day of arrival, the property will be available to occupy from 16.00 hours.
If for any reason your arrival is earlier, please let us know in advance so we can try
to accommodate you before this time.
For arrivals after 21.00 hours there will be an additional charge of €35,00 paid
locally to the Property Manager.
Clients making their own way to the resort will be met by the Property Manager
at the gated entrance of La Tore Golf Resort at a pre-arranged time.
Clients that have booked the ‘Airport Transfer’ option, will be met by the Property
Manager at San Javier or Alicante airports.
Departure
On the day of departure, the property must be vacated by 12.00 mid-day.
The Property Manager will arrange to collect the apartment keys 1 hour before your departure.
Clients that have booked the ‘Airport Transfer Return’ option will be met at the arranged time.
Subject to a satisfactory inventory check, the deposit will be returned within 21 working days.
Deductions for breakages/damage will be notified to Client and balance returned within 21 working days
Number of Persons, Identity and Guests
The Client will declare the number of persons, names and date of birth of their
party when booking. Unless otherwise agreed by the owners, only the number of persons
declared by the client when booking shall be authorised to use the property.
The number of persons that may use the property will not exceed the number of persons
allocated for each property, with the exception of an infant less than 2 years old.
In the event of any infringement of the accepted Terms & Conditions, the owners will be entitled
to request the Client, their party and guests vacate the property with immediate effect and the
client will have no recourse to compensation.
Responsibility
The Client booking the property will be liable for the correct
and decent behaviour of all the persons in their party. Should that person,
or any of his/her party or guests not behave in a suitable and responsible way,
the owners shall be entitled to request immediate vacant possession of the
property without the right for the latter to claim any compensation.
Liabilities
The Owners of the property, shall not be liable for any direct or
indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use of the
property by the Client, his/her party or guests, including and without
limitation, damages, insurance, losses caused by fire, robbery or criminal
behaviour.
The Owners reserve the right to update published information at any time,
including Terms & Conditions, Rates, Descriptions and Photographs.
In the event that this becomes necessary, confirmed reservations will be honoured.
Complaints
In the event that the client is unhappy with any aspect of their rental,
it is their responsibility to ensure the Property Manager is advised
immediately by contacting them on the number provided. The Property Manager
will endeavour to deal with the problem to the Client’s satisfaction.
The Law
English Law will govern your contract with us and any matters arising from it.
Any dispute will be dealt with in the Courts within the UK. If you reside outside
of the UK, the dispute will be dealt with, within the UK.
